Does Pair of Medics First Aid teach outside of their classroom?

Yes. We request that there be a minimum group of 6 or more students, if you would like training at your job site or location.

Do you offer corporate or group discounts?

Yes, Pair of Medics First Aid is happy to offer corporate or large group discounts.

Private groups or companies with 10+ registrants will qualify for a discount.

When do I have to pay for course registrations?

In order to ensure that the scheduled courses do not get cancelled, Pair of Medics First Aid requires payment of fees are made a minimum of 1 week before the course start date. This will guarantee your spot in the classroom will be held and also helps us avoid course cancellations.

Is there an exam at the end of the course?

Yes, all of our courses have a multiple choice exam at the end of the course.

A minimum grade of 70% must be achieved on both practical and written evaluations to be successful in our classes, as per the Canadian Red Cross policy.

What happens if I fail a course?

Students whom are unsuccessful in a course can sit through a whole course again at no additional charge. Students are only permitted to sit in on one free session.

However, a $25 exam fee will apply.

If they are unsuccessful the second time, they will be required to take the course again at regular course fees.

Is there parking at your classroom?

Yes, there is plenty of parking at both of our classroom locations, situated at the Thunderbird mall in Port Hardy, B.C. and at our Port Alberni location as well.

If we bring the classroom to your workplace or group, parking may be of limited space and is subject to the availability of the facility.
